I called this place because I work hard and a friend told me they are good. It took one week after me calling for someone to even call me back and I had almost forgot about them. Then I have to set up an account BEFORE even talking to a real investor so I did. The account with my information on it is now floating in the air I guess as nobody has even called me back. Obviously they don't need new clients or I'm just not rich enough for them? Definitely not a solid set up of trust.
I've had nothing but frustration and disappointment from three other investment advisors. That run ended when I joined Jones & Associates. Nick explained more to me in one session than all the other "advisors" combined. He is efficient, professional and personable. I am very happy with the the service from Nick and staff.
