This place is amazing!! If you need any sort of mobility aid or equipment in the kingsport/Blountville and surrounding area please do yourself a favor and use them for all your needs. They do all the work with insurances help with any issues you have with your equipment and help educate you on anything you might not know about your equipment. No question or issue is too small for them and I adore that about them. They don't rush through your visits and give you all the opportunity you need to ask questions or learn whatever ... read more

We just came in to Jones Adaptive Mobility and were extremely impressed with the knowledge and welcoming feel. Anthony was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. We are so happy to work with him and go through Jones Adaptive because they value people and they show concern, compassion and care. Thank you Jones Adaptive and Anthony for being who we needed. I’m so incredibly thankful for you all!

Both of my legs had to be amputated. I have a rare blood disease that causes clotting. I have mass of blood clots in my heart and one in my right arm that causes a lot of pain. I tried to get a power chair for 2 years and the doctor's seem to discourage it or not want to discuss it. I was recommended Jones Adaptive they guided and encouraged me to pursue getting one. I got a ne... read more

Went there to see if they had any used wheelchair cushions which they don't have any because all they deal with all brand new items and won't help anyone that's on a extremely tight budget at all. I wouldn't recommend theses people to anyone if someone asked how they treat people on tight budgets👎👎👎👎👎👎 but I may keep in touch with them though since they were very nice people

They were more concerned about the patients comfort and being taken care of rather than thinking about commission and "what can I benefit from this patient?" mindset. They were super helpful in choosing the best fit chair for my Dad. Cade was terrific and down to earth! He listened and you could tell that he took our opinion into consideration.
