Professional, worked very hard on my behalf, kind, patient, excellent listeners , excellent teachers- they know the equipment very well and helped teach me all the things I need to know and answered all my many questions. It is also worth noting- this company is excellent in communicating with their clients. Yes, they do keep you updated and they will call you back!
Was referred to them by wound care. Lady rep called me and was super excited to help me until she learned I had no insurance yet. She literally said then what are we doing here... Tone changed I instantly.. Do you not think I may have money to pay for it ? Very rude and off-putting rep. I found the complete opposite from Numed I would have thought jones being the little guy would have cared more but nope...
Would have left a better review but I couldn’t get them to answer my call or return a call when I left a message last week. Now I’m still on hold while typing this review. I’m not taking a chance on pressing 1 for them to call back. They didnt return my call when i left a message the first time. Soon they will be closing. 26 minutes on hold . I’ll find somewhere else to call. When it was jones mobility I didn’t have this problem.
I was looking to motorized wheelchair and by insurance company gave me the name of Jones Mobility. The salesman came to my house and of course I know they work on commission so of course he sold me a very expensive power chair which was submitted to the insurance company for 11,000+ dollars. The chair is very cumbersome and it’s already out of warranty after a year. I was told it would go across the lawn basically anywhere but I can’t take it out of my house.
