I love Susan who has done our taxes but their receptionist is absolutely awful and is why I left their company. She is so rude!

Terrible. They keep making false promises, yet never adhere to them. They seem to only answer in the morning. I called 2-3 times and the phone just kept dining and ringing and ringing for minutes on end. I’m still waiting for my taxes. They’ve gave me every excuse in the book. Steve also doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing and requires his boss to check everything. He told me his boss was off for a week and now she’s apparently been off for 2 weeks.
