Anne Lai drafted Wills and capacity planning documents for my elderly parents, and the experience was exceptional. She went above and beyond to meet with my parents and prepare all the documents quickly (even over the Christmas holidays). She was incredibly patient and respectful with my parents, and made the whole process as easy and efficient as possible. I highly recommend Anne.
I have worked with Marine Landing Notary Public in both a personal and professional capacity. They are consistently professional, diligent, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would never hesitate to refer family, friends and clients to them.
The transactions were ultimately completed, but the process was concerning. The quoted transaction costs changed without communication, as well, there was a misunderstanding on mortgage instructions which would have resulted in a few thousands dollars extra due at closing.
