The company did a hard credit pull on Experian and Transunion, both unauthorized. The credit bearuou directs individuals and legal entities to reach out to the company that pulled the credit report instead of disputing with the borough. I have asked the local St Robert office to remove the hard pulls. I have called the Cross Country Corporate phone number and they have hung up on me or directed me to send a letter to dispute. I never authorized a credit pull in the first place. This company is bananas.
