Ordered a $800 dress for my friend and the package got stolen in front of my home. Why is Simkhai too cheap to require a UPS signature release for a dress of such value? Then we reached out to customer care and mentioned that a police report has been filed. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and disclaimed any liability. Bad experience with customer service all around. We won't shop there anymore
