First of all I came into the store right before closing to see a dress to wear for our daughter’s wedding and my intention was to come back when we had more time. Tre welcomed me in like a long lost friend and insisted I try it on. He brought me two sizes suggesting I start with the smaller size as he knew the fit. Ordered a $800 dress for my friend and the package got stolen in front of my home. Why is Simkhai too cheap to require a UPS signature release for a dress of such value? Then we reached out to customer care and mentioned that a police report has been filed. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and disclaimed any liability. Bad experience with customer service all around. We won't shop there anymore
