My advise is stay away! Incompetent office staff and poor legal counsel. Lawyers here constantly quit or are moved to different locations, miss filing documents, show up late for court appearances the list is long and not good. Wish I could say something positive but even asking for some Case documents prove to be too difficult. Be aware!

I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney in my family court matter. Communication was extremely poor, and I often felt that my case was not being given the attention it deserved. Important questions went unanswered, and updates about my case were slow or nonexistent Mr. root care about only one thing $$$$

The retainer fee he gave me was 20k for a timesharing family case. The family that referred me to him were very surprised. I think if he didn’t want to work with me he could’ve mentioned it honestly instead.

As someone who has an out-of-state case and needed help when I was presented with a suit in Florida, I found Mr. Root through a recommendation from a friend.
