This was a wonderful experience! I took the two day beginner/intermediate class and my mind was blown. I have such a bigger appreciation for glass artist. I received these classes as a gift for my 40th bday and it was the best gift I have ever received. I met a group of really nice people and we learned so much in two days. I just finished the 2 day Beginner/Intermediate class! I would highly recommend! The 2 day class gives you plenty of time to learn basic skills and then go a little deeper and try out some cool stuff. Annette was our instructor and she was phenomenal. Patient, helpful and very knowledgeable! I'm hoping to fill the gap till I can take another class with some studio rental time! Highly recommend! This was a fun afternoon, doing something new and making something you will have for the rest of your life (handled carefully). When the teacher THREW a marble on the ground, I gasped! It did bounce and she caught it. I was expecting glass shards all over. If you want to try something fun and exciting, give this class a go. Plus you get to keep a couple of keepsakes that you actually make yourself.
Had an amazing experience this weekend! I have always wanted to try glass blowing and the beginner class has was much fun! Giant kudos to our amazing teacher Annette!
