Great experience - it was obvious from the start, and throughout the entire process that I was in very good hands. Although a complex process, it didn’t feel that way as everything was explained in detail and Jonathan always ensured that I was clear on not just what we were doing, but how and why as well. The communication was excellent throughout the process - I would highly recommend!
