⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Howard Home Loans enough! Being self-employed made our mortgage situation more complicated than usual. We had spoken with other mortgage companies who promised they could help us, but unfortunately, we almost ended up trapped in a loan that required a much larger down payment and came with a significantly higher interest rate.
