What an amazing experience we had with Jon and his Team! What should have been a challenging transaction was smooth, pleasant, and successful. Making an offer on a condo unit that didn’t accept VA loans (and was undergoing roof repairs from previous storms), Jon was confident his Team could get the loan accepted by the HOA. This was our second home loan through the Howard Team. We had a great experience with both. Everything was done electronically. Closed on time. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Great communication throughout the entire process. The title company even praised them for how fast they received the final documents. I would definitely recommend.
John and his team are amazon. As a first-time home buyer using my VA loan, they took care of me every step of the way. I mean I had questions about everything because I just wasn't sure, Insurance papers, inspection, walk throughs whatever I needed they were ready and willing to help. I'm Team Howard for life!
