Not a good experience at all. . I’m sure they will respond with the arrogance and belligerence they demonstrated to me on the phone, as I kept my cool attempting to ask a simple question. My wife and I decided to change our businesses from sole proprietorships to S-Corps. So we hired them to do our business returns. That went ok. This was by far our worst experience getting our taxes done. Unfortunately, I can't get into details here but.. We asked Forbes specifically about something that had to do with how to account for healthcare costs. He gave us advice that literally cost us. Infuriating.
We’ve used this firm for four years - business and personal tax returns, and they do an awesome job at a very fair price. They are knowledgeable and up-to-date with all the latest tax code, deductions, etc. They have saved us a lot of time and money. Very thankful for Jonasson & Co!
