Business used a stolen image (not to my knowledge at the time of purchase) to advertise a product not of their making, and then took a month to send me a poorly made disaster of a loft bed that was, surprise, nothing like the image. They have been incredibly dishonest and keep going back and forth on whether they will refund me or not, going long stretches of time without responding to my emails. Genuine theft. The products they advertise are stolen photos. Selling 2x4 for a thousand dollars a piece labeled as a “loft bed” our the back of a deli in the bronx. Looks like lotsa people get taken too. No social media presence or real website. There’s also a real company called elite decor (without an e) not far away making it easy mix up when checking reviews. Bronx conman trash.
