We have been working with Jonah Bank for years. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff, great service, big enough to have everything we want from our bank but small enough to have a personal touch and know us by name. We would recommend Jonah.
I'm new to town, so I thought I'd go to the nearest bank to my apartment to change some cash to quarters do do laundry. This privilege is reserved for account holders only, FYI. The service of changing $20 into 2 rolls of quarters is a premium service they wouldn't dream of offering for free! Interesting strategy to attract new business, but I'm just a lowly serf with little knowledge of such things. Lucky for me, the ANB branch a few blocks away happily obliged.
