Jon is amazing! He has been very knowledgeable and helpful with my small claims case. He lets you know what forms are needed, where to find them, has blogs with additional information, guides you, and overall does fantastic work and he is very thorough. He's quick to respond, and explains everything in terms you understand. You'll never feel lost or alone in your process. I strongly recommend using him if you have a small claims case!

There is a reason why he’s a paralegal and not a lawyer. He’s condescending and the information he provided was not factual. The funniest part of our conversation was when he quoted a case that didn’t make sense about basic services. When I questioned his knowledge, he backpedaled.Lucky for me I found a more qualified paralegal in Toronto and he won my case, which Mr. Sparling said I would not win. If you are in the Windsor area your representative can be from anywhere because hearings at the LTB do not have to be in person.... read more
