Jon is a true Craftsman that pays attention to detail. I had the pleasure of owning 2 Narcisso hats in which my favorite one was actually stolen in Vegas. Check it, I left it in Ihop, called them as soon as I realized it when I was in my Uber, a female employee on the phone said she would hold it for me and when I got back there noone seemed to knew where it was anymore. Incredible! But just goes to show how serious these hats are ha - excited to checkout their storefront soon!
I needed a statement piece for a bachelor event! Jon came through with a custom experience, fitting me with a hat that set me apart when I walked into the cigar lounge where we toasted my cousin and his future. I had seen the carrot top on display and loved the color. Jon asked me what it was for and then he embellished the band to suit me and the occasion. The groomsmen and countless others complimented the brim all evening. I’ve worn it a couple of times since and it continues to standout. Thanks Jon!
