While I am sure Jon will just respond with his copy & paste answer to other clients' feedback, I hope that sharing our experience will help other couples exercise caution when looking for a wedding photographer in the Tampa (& surrounding) areas. We booked with Jon back in September of 2023 for our October 2024 wedding. Unfortunately, three weeks to the date, Hurricane Helene destroyed our wedding venue. Jon it has been over a month since our wedding was cancelled by the hurricanes in Florida. You have not returned any call or emails regarding the funds we payed for your services. This is extremely unprofessional and seems like a scam. Stay Away! UPDATE regarding the owners "reply", he has never spoke to either myself or my fiancé regarding the contract after the hurricanes. Our wedding was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene and sadly we have been unable to connect with Jon since. We have tried emailing, calling, messaging his business on Facebook (the message was marked read) with no luck. He has our full payment but sadly hasn’t been responsive at all since we first let him know our wedding venue cancelled our wedding on 10/6/24. Doesn’t seem trustworthy. Do not recommend.
