-Was tricked into accepting a friendly rate which turned into double the regular rate. The trick was talking me into a lump up front with a smaller percentage later to then have him terminate our agreement prematurely. -Money that was brokered by him for a settlement vanished. Too small an amount to pursue him for but yet, in my opinion, a tactic to raise his wage. -A settlement offer from a collector was mishandled. -When I tried to obtain copies of paperwork all he gave me was a legal word game involving my wife.
