Worst ever. I bought some IOD stamps from her etsy shop. After ignoring me for 11 days, when I escalated it to etsy, she comes back and says it's etsy fault that she hasn't sent my item because etsy won't pay her. She basically tells me to contact etsy to get my money back. What a rip-off. She has tons of negative reviews on etsy. Avoid at all costs because she won't give send you stuff, she will ignore you, and she'll blame it on someone else.
Quick response to my online messages. Great selection of products. Purchased some Dixie Belle and IOD transfers for a project.
Easy to use website. On visiting store, Susie is very friendly and helpful with explaining products and their uses. I would recommend this store, online or in person.
