Becky was incredibly friendly, helped us choose out the bikes best suited for us, and even though the cheese barn was closed on the day we booked, Becky was very helpful in recommending the convenient cow for their sandwhichs. the Rail Trail was an easy ride with great views of local farmland and well signposted

Sorry low star rate. Got a puncture repair, got charged for new tube, I'm just repairing another flat Tyre, and very surprised to find not new tube but repaired tube in Tyre. Why did I pay for the new tube at the shop. ??? ; - ( Karen
Had a break bleed Done on my e bike. Mechanic said that the Clamp on the frame was squeaking. Told me to take it to old mate so we did up at Manukau . Two mechanics up there looked at it. Said we were happy to pay for it but they said NO there is nothing wrong with it. It's always good to go up there as they always greet you with a smile. In the club up there. $5 to join it & we saved &500 on our Bikes & discount on every purchase And a free service on my wife bike
We were lucky enough to be served by Simon who made sure we fitted our bikes correctly and gave us a lesson on how to manage e-bikes which we hadn't used before. The bikes were great, in good condition and we enjoyed our half day hire. If you're looking to buy a bike, or rent one, Simon may just be the person to help you as we discovered he had worked on a Tour de France team. Even with that level of experience he was very helpful to us newbies. Thank you Simon.
