⭐ A Positive Resolution and Commitment to Customer Service I brought my electric bike to this shop to repair a flat tire and a brake issue. After the service, the bike developed an electrical problem. After inspecting it, the shop explained that it could no longer be repaired because the necessary parts were unavailable. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Gave a quick call about a bike part I was unfamiliar with and asked if they had any. The employee Nathan immediately new what I was talking about and gave the price of the item. Drove over, paid for the part, got the quick instruction about the bike piece. Loved coming to Jolly Circle Bike Shop, will come again!

Jerry was amazing! We didn't find the bike we wanted in shop, but found it in another store and came back in to order. Everything was so easy and no pressure. Excited to pick up the bikes and start riding!
I came here with a popped tire and sticky gears a couple of days before a triathlon. They were so nice and friendly and their estimated service time was after my triathlon but they got my bike done and serviced in a good amount of time. Their prices are good and fair. I will definitely be coming back before my next race, they were awesome.
