I purchased 3 sessions via GroupOn valued at $270, appt bookings indicated 1 hour service each. I received 3 30-minute sessions valued at $180. Each facial was nice and a good value with GroupOn coupon, but I feel the 1 hour service listed on GroupOn should have been honored. I did tip 20% based on the $270 value to offset the 50% fee GroupOn assesses the businesses.

I was very disappointed with the practices of Jolie Spa. First flag, you can call the number, but my call was always sent to a voice mail box. Second flag, the voice mail box is full so you can’t leave a message! Third flag, when contact was made through email, they didn’t care that the phone and voice mail didn’t work.
