My fiancé passed away unexpectedly which brought significant pain to me and his family. The wedding was cancelled and all the vendors were understanding of the unforeseen situation and were able to refund us our money, EXCEPT JOLIE IMAGES. They were EXTREMELY RUDE, CONDESCENDING and UNSYMPATHETIC to our situation, they refused to refund us for the photography/video package. I would like to expose their greed and insensitivity for any future customers.
