I bought a dress and paid for it. They shipped it to me and the ups delivery man asked for cod. About same amount as I paid for dress. I told him I paid for it already. He was in rush took package and said he was going to come back next day. I called Jolie folie. They said the cod is for shipping and custom fees. I stopped by yesterday. Sadly I did not find what I was looking for however the owner was wonderful and patient as she did her best to help me out. I will be back! Lots of beautiful clothing.
