My daughter paid for pictures at a competition in ******, ** last week. They assured her they would text when it was ready for her to pick up. They never texted, and when she went back to get it they were GONE. I emailed them asking them how she could get her pictures. They said they would send them in the mail if we sent the address. I sent our address, and they have not responded back since. I asked if the pictures had been sent out a few days later. No response.

I placed an order for an 8 x 12 color band photo that cost $20. In addition, I added a frame to the order that cost $30. Well, there was no frame. Rather, this vendor creates a rigid print with a black boarder to create the appearance of a frame. Then, they affix a flimsy cardboard propping stand to the back of the photo. In my opinion, this is consumer fraud. Regretfully, the rigid print is too obtrusive to put into a REAL frame. So, I just lost $50 on a useless print. Terrible customer service!! I ordered two prints (very expensive, by the way) on October 25 and they sent the pictures with incorrect spelling of the city. It's supposed to be ************ and they spelled it Cadar Rapids. So I emailed them about it and they sent the new prints out within a week - spelled incorrectly again! It's like they didn't even read my email, they just sent the same incorrectly spelled name out AGAIN, it's like they did not even read my email.
