I can't thank Joker bicycle enough for being responsive, helpful, caring, kind and going out of their way! I was in Strathmore for a cycling event - about 30 min before the event, my seat post clamp failed. The mechanical tent at the event had no way to repair. The closest bike stores were in Okotoks and Calgary and only opened at 10 am. I was extremely lucky to find Jbc, gave them a call as last hope.
