I was in Ottawa for just a few days recently and couldn't make it out to the store. I ordered online and Joanna kindly prioritised my delivery to my hotel and made sure it arrived in time for me to collect before my departure. Thanks for the amazing service!
I've been ordering chocolate here for my Mom for 3 years - for Mother's Day, her birthday and Christmas. I haven't ordered a repeat yet (I track what I've bought in a spreadsheet cause I'm a nerd), so it's always a fun surprise. JoJo CoCo has always delivered quickly, packaged things well, and been excellent about responding if I need to reach out.
Such a good, unique and interesting collection of all things chocolate -perfect for a chocolate lover. Ive been here twice already, so many wonderful treats , essy ro spend a fortune haha and service is great - they let you browse without pressure but let you know they're around if you have questions. Love it!
