My only regret is that I waited 2 months to start going to PT. After just 1 session today, my knee is feeling markedly improved.
My lower back is hurt so bad. After first physical therapy with Erica who is so helpful and gently massage the muscle. The hurt is gone in next few days. And Erica gives me some exercises at home on the app also. I do the exercises every single day, and now I don’t have much pain when on the sleep like before. Thank you so much Erica.
