This is my place to address all the joys of an aging and active body! I initially saw Cody after my hip replacement surgery and after seeing the wholistic approach all the staff use to keeping our bodies performing, I have returned to address imbalances and injuries. I especially appreciate Sarah's combinations of gentle adjustments, stretching, exercises and dry needling.
I scheduled a free consultation after seeing an ad on social media, and I’m so glad I did. After just one session with Sara, my neck and shoulders feel significantly better. I’ve worked with other PTs in the past, but none have provided the immediate relief and targeted care that I experienced with Sara. Highly recommend!
