Amazing place for physical therapy with super knowledgeable and friendly staff, and all the best high tech equipment. My husband works here, but that's not why I'm giving them a great review. They are getting a great review because I have first hand experience being put on the HEIT machine for some aches and pains and walked out feeling so much better. They have lounge chairs for icing after a workout, and they keep the clinic moving in a great flow.
Every aspect of JPI is excellent, from AJ at the front desk to Shawn and the rest in the back. There equipment is top notch and they give you the individual 1 on 1 that is required to heal you fast. I expically like there cryotherapy machines that most PT don't have. I have been to some PT that go through the motions, but not JPI they constantly change their method of attack on stubborn pain points.
This facility has serious problems with accessibility, patient safety, staffing, and customer service. It is NOT disability-friendly. The doors are extremely heavy, the lobby chairs are too low for patients with knee or leg injuries, and the reclining chairs were broken and did not feel safe. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful with scheduling and check-in. I have been in and out PT for the past 4 months. The people here are dedicated and so knowledgeable it makes for a smooth recovery.
