The staff was incredibly helpful. Their inventory is pretty limited, so I didn't find what I needed. However, staff told me about the competitors that do stock what I was looking for. They felt it was more important I got what I wanted rather than compromising on what they offered and pushing me into a sale. I appreciated that. We left with a pair of pants, but was hoping to get more. First responders discount is very small, but it helps.
I had a great experience with Joint Force Tactical. I needed a 5.11, tactical pathfinder watch urgently due to time constraints and wanted it to be delivered to another province. Landon hepled me through the entire process and I am quite grateful to Landon for his support. No other shop was able to deliver the watch within the time frame I requested but Landon at Joint Force Tractical made it possible. I highly recommend shopping at this store.
