I had my eval last week and my first PT session today, and I’ve honestly never felt more understood. She immediately got my challenges, fully understand hypermobility, and gives true one-on-one care. I’ve gotten so used to masking the pain I live with every day, so it meant a lot that she picked up on when something was hurting without me needing to say it. Courtney was fabulous, first visit was able to nail down my very specific balance problem, explain why I was having it, and reassured me that quite possible to fix it (not just inevitable with old age). Wonderful!!
