First time with this travel group. Very hard to get anyone to answer the phone or questions. Left on our own at the port to look for wheel chair which I reserved. He quotes “I never leave anyone behind” but apparently he does. Pros: the bus was clean and comfy with bathroom and makes rest stops for a stretch. Con: once of the bus you are on your own except at dinner. He then comes along to give you your depart tags.

I was a repeat customer when I did an out of state bus trip and left my hard sided little cooler full of stuff on the bus. Despite earlier assurance that they collect items left behind, after five calls to the Join the Fun office and Stefan, no one could ever tell me if my belongings were there or if I could come get them back. I live out of the Ormond area. I was treated like just a nuisance, once getting an annoyed sigh. They never had a problem talking to me the times I had called to spend money with them. My husband and I have been on a few trips with Join the Fun. Stefan always makes them fun. Vegas was a blast. Thanks, Stefan, Crew, and Donnie.
