Penny has been doing my taxes for 15 - 20 years and has always been a pleasure to work with. The system they have in place now where we can just upload documents online and get everything handled without even having to make an appointment is so great. Whenever I have a question I always get a prompt and friendly response.
I would suggest going somewhere else. They messed up our tax return. We filed almost 70 days ago using them and we still have not gotten our return. When we realized that they messed up we called to ask what we need to do. They did not apologize where very blunt and did not offer to help get it corrected. Pretty frustrating that we paid as much as we did for them to mess it up.
