This woman did my in laws taxes for roughly 5yrs. Each year, her receptionists (daughter) got ruder and ruder, and after taxes were submitted, my in laws ran into concurrent errors which CRA would state were errors done at tax completion. I am a business owner myself and I cannot stress enough that approach is what sells! Have your daughter work on that.
