My husband, myself and our daughter had wills done by Brett Bothwell. We were very impressed. Brett is very professional, caring, empathetic and does an excellent job. We would definitely recommend Brett to anyone, young or old!
I see Johnston Ming Manning LLP deleted my original review off here, so I will post again. Zack Porter did a crappy job on our separation agreement. Despite Zack having all the information needed, he managed to wreck a good agreement. The one he drafted had grammatical errors, formatting errors, had my marriage date wrong, had my income wrong, referenced the Court of Queen's Bench (I'm not a lawyer and even I know its the Court of King's Bench). If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I had a good separation agreement that we drafted ourselves. My lawyer was happy with it and was ready to sign off as part of my independent review by council. The only reason my husband hired Zackery Porter was for his independent council review. Zackery Porter took a good separation agreement we built and turned it into a blood bath. We had a good, broad statement under spousal maintenance, covering both parties.
