Every time I call the Johnston County tax office I get excellent customer service. Someone always answers the phone and connects me to the office I need to be speaking with. Barry Barbour, who is the County Appraiser, is amazing. I don't think I have ever spoken with someone who is more proficient, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in the business. Especially with these crazy times in housing I am in awe of the way Johnston County is still there for the residents.
