If anybody is out of state and looking to move to Johnston County please don't do it. Is the third day of snow they still have not had their offices open their trash facilities have not been plowed they're almost 20 minutes late for opening the water absolutely sucks it has so many chemicals in it you cannot even drink it the light bills in Johnston County.

Charging one person who is handicapped 3xs more than a family of 6. What’s the reason for having flat fees of $33 and $24 before evening using the water? Nevertheless, a service fee to pay your bill.

It's very unfortunate there isn't a payment plan of some sort. It's either you have the money for your bill or it's an immediate shut off. There are barely any places for utility assistance that have funds most of the time.

Zero stars! Horrible, awful, and typical governmentDo not pay by check! They do not post your check for at least two months after you pay. They shut off my water even though I have paid every payment on time. Then without notice they put a boot on my water meter. I called and they took payment by phone, stating, “We really only take payments by phone, because there’s only one person who processes the checks” seriously? Then why send people invoices in the mail for check payment?
