It's very unfortunate there isn't a payment plan of some sort. It's either you have the money for your bill or it's an immediate shut off. There are barely any places for utility assistance that have funds most of the time.
Zero stars! Horrible, awful, and typical governmentDo not pay by check! They do not post your check for at least two months after you pay. They shut off my water even though I have paid every payment on time. Then without notice they put a boot on my water meter. I called and they took payment by phone, stating, “We really only take payments by phone, because there’s only one person who processes the checks” seriously? Then why send people invoices in the mail for check payment?

Great service , easy to pay my bill on line. Nothing to complain! Man I love this country.
Only utility provide in Nc requiring owners to spend $30 to set up owner policy they will not use so that a renter can then set up account number . Reporter to BBB and state of NC
