Charging one person who is handicapped 5xs more than a family of 6. shower twice a week, and have no laundry facilities No dishwasher No cooking No dishes being charged $88.00dollars water smells Brown water Over charged. I'm being extremely Overcharged for one person who doesn't use water, one shower a wk Flush 3xs a day No leaks. Cruel and wrong People forcing people to become home less , when they don't have the money, pay it and can eat one meal a sandwich a day that it over charged Not right

Front desk lady and female supervisor need to be retrained. Very ugly people by how they speak to people.
I’m really surprised to see people complain about their water bill form Johnston County. We never paid more than $50/mo with 3 people and 2 bathrooms and lots of dishes and laundry and daily showers, other water companies charge way more. Website might be very basic but it’s easy to pay your bill each month, I personally never had any issues with them.
