I bought two tubes of caulk through their website. I chose the venmo payment option and the payment went through, but then I was redirected and told to choose a payment option. I paid a second time through PayPal before realizing my mistake. I had three separate phone conversations with customer service, explaining that they received two payments for one order, and they insisted upon keeping both payments. I own a local trailer business company that serves the Michiana area, Johnson’s surplus was absolutely stellar to deal with. Had a brand new lippert axle ready to go for me within 30 minutes, and it was such a weird size! They saved me a 4 hour round trip from going all the way to the trailer manufacturer! 10/10, thank you.
