I bought two tubes of caulk through their website. I chose the venmo payment option and the payment went through, but then I was redirected and told to choose a payment option. I paid a second time through PayPal before realizing my mistake. I had three separate phone conversations with customer service, explaining that they received two payments for one order, and they insisted upon keeping both payments.
