Purchased a new mattress on a Friday and was told it would have to be brought from another location to the store on Tuesday and would be available for us to pick up the next Saturday. We went Saturday morning and disposed of the old mattress then went to pick up the new one. When we got to the dock we were told it had not been put on the truck and was not there. Mr Eric Drumgoole greeted me and asked me if there’s anything he can help me with and I told him yes he gave me 100% of his attention r me new items show me current sales and I was talking to Mr. Eric for an hour and when I tell you, he greeted all the customers he multitasks in that store himself very very great great manager outstanding customer service and I went to go pay for one thing and wind up buying other items in the store and all that because the customer assistance was upstanding. Absolute horrible experience. The warranty by Montage is absolute garbage. DO NOT buy…the recliner motor/switch went out after 5 months (supposedly covered under warranty) and they still haven’t come to fix it. Started this process way back in December. They refuse to call back now and it’s been months. This is what $5,000+ worth of Flexsteel products gets you. I expected better from Johnson’s and what they stand behind and sell.

I had such a positive experience buying a couch here after shopping other furniture stores in the area. The sales rep, Jay, was not pushy at all and let me browse without pressure. Debbie, the VP, was also present and had such a captivating energy! The best part, I was able to have my couch delivered the next day.
