Previous service when I bought a new basic refrigerator for a rental wasn't great. Paid $30 for them to remove the old one and all they did was move it to the carport and when called the story was different than what we were told but we didn't get it in writing so learned a lesson there. Well 5 mos later, the fan is making a loud noise, I called and it was still under warranty so they sent someone out to fix it and he was great and found the problem and put a new fan in and in hardly any time at all it was fixed.
