Love this local newspaper There are so few locally published newspapers around anymore that it is refreshing to still have one available for us to read. Please continue to support the merchants of Olathe and surrounding areas that are so kind to advertise in this paper. Olathe is a good place to live and LIFE IS GOOD!!!

Local news I look forward to reading the gazette. The paper provides a platform to share thoughts, opinions and recipes. I always appreciate the list of upcoming local events. Additional interesting stories serve to introduce neighbors and local businesses. What a great way to stay current with one’s community!

Johnson's County Gazette review We have read the JoCo Gazette ever since we moved here over 25 years ago. We read it cover to cover and think that the Johnsons do a great job! We use many of the coupons and share the ones that we don't need with others to use. We think it is very informative. We like the section where you can write in or call in and voice your opinion. Anonymous??? I have a problem with political comments that are very one sided and biased being published without a name. I believe if you want your onesided often bigoted ideas printed then you should be man, or woman enough to give your name. None of the newspapers I have read would allow the slurs and defamation and outright lies to be put in print, especially without the author being named.
