Today recieved yearly packet reminder - time to get ready for taxes but instead this reminded us of our decision to switch firms after years of tolerating poor quality. For the last two years after closing hours on a Friday we were told that we owed a significant amount of money with a deadline on Monday. If I can give a negative number I would, we had in the past had a great accountant at this firm but after he retired, we were handed over to a different partner that was absolutely unprofessional with the processing our personal and several business tax filings. All information was submitted on a timely matter with follow up to make sure we did not miss anything only to have her file at the end of July (even after hounding every month for an update, to be told nothing other than she had asked for an extension due to her avai... read more
