I was really disappointed with this company, I dealt with Jim Niestroy was really unprofessional. I asked a couple of s questions about if the layout doesn’t look good would you redo it for us, and he just lost it for no reason. Then told me not to contact back and there’s no need speaking with the management about it. Then I got into contact with the owners, they did apologized for the inconvenience and they only gave me 10% off for the attitude. Jim was wonderful to work with. The installers were friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend working with Johnson Sign Co., as I have used several other sign companies in the past, and there is absolutely no comparison to the professionalism and quality with this company. I'll never go anywhere else again.
