I also agree that manager at this place is so rude. They don’t have any common sense. My kids also have been super late for school or they’ve completely forgot my kids forcing me or my wife to take time out of our day to get the kids to school. They need a new bus company in Plymouth

The lady in the office is SO rude. They’re so unorganized. The lady told me she had no info on my daughter yet the bus driver knew where to drop her off and she knew my number to call me? I said so your bus driver just magically knows my address. She said “apparently” I don’t ever go off on people just doing their job but I definitely went off on her. If I knew how they were I wouldn’t have even messed with getting her on the bus. No wonder why they’re hiring and can’t find anyone

By far the worst bus service ever! Bus drivers forget to pick up kids, are never on time, and dont call to tell you they are going to be late or dont show. My kids have been late MULTIPLE times because of the bus company and bus drivers are so mean to innocent kids! There is a different bus driver and bus they are picked up on..so unorganized.I hope Plymouth gets a new bus company! For now on I will be dropping my kids off. My kids shouldn't be crying when they get off the bus and feeling uncomfortable!
