zero communication and when someone does answer the phone they are snippy and hang up on you. my kids bus was 45+ minutes late with absolutely no warning and they missed an appointment because of it.
This bus company is awful at communicating to parents to say if and when the bus is behind. They are never on time, first day of school and having the bus be over 30min late is absolutely unacceptable. I’m not sure why the Plymouth school district even continues to contract the bussing through this company.
I also agree that manager at this place is so rude. They don’t have any common sense. My kids also have been super late for school or they’ve completely forgot my kids forcing me or my wife to take time out of our day to get the kids to school. They need a new bus company in Plymouth
The lady in the office is SO rude. They’re so unorganized. The lady told me she had no info on my daughter yet the bus driver knew where to drop her off and she knew my number to call me? I said so your bus driver just magically knows my address. She said “apparently” I don’t ever go off on people just doing their job but I definitely went off on her. If I knew how they were I wouldn’t have even messed with getting her on the bus. No wonder why they’re hiring and can’t find anyone
