I ordered a $2000 130,000 BTU pool heater for my 27' above ground pool in 2012. They installed it and I had trouble heating it from day one. I thought I didn't have a big enough heater. I discovered the problem this year (2014) and that was that their "experts" installed it wrong. The intake and outgoing pipes were opposite so there was never any heated water going back into the pool. I went in and showed them pictures of the arrows going in and out of the pool and how it was opposite and they sent the same guy out to fix it... read more
