I would save your time and go to a different place! Between myself and other family members we have purchased multiple cars from either the St Croix location or the New Richmond location. They did work on my car without telling me the cost first and then told me I could not get my keys back until I paid. Horrible. We have had our car into their service center over a dozen times for the same issue. One time they had the car for nearly 6 months. They typically run a diagnostic test, charge you $160, tell you nothing is wrong, then your wife gets stranded on the freeway on her way to work the next morning with the exact same issue. No real mechanic skills, just relying on a computer print out, and not enough customer service skills to recognize that this is not acceptable.

Won't ever be back. Prices are grossly inflated. $380 for a purge valve replacement. I declined their other service recommendation for $600 dog bones and toe link replacement. Called around. WAAAAY cheaper elsewhere. And the $380 purge valve I just paid for... Could have gotten it done at multiple locations for $140!! UPDATE: Just got my dog bones and toe links replaced for $387. Significant less than the $600 Johnson Motors quoted me. I'm sticking with Elite Auto from now on. They don't price gouge.

Purchased a car here one year ago from Darron and it was a fantastic experience. I have had it back in a couple times for service and could not be happier with that department either. Very accommodating and thorough!
