Have called few times to have an tech come out to check something,since need water heater replacement, and tech has never called back to set up appt. poor service! Going to different company.
We have had our wood stove for several years. We've had to replace the grate two times at the cost of $250 and $350. Both times they didnt fit and had to be reworked. My son in law keeps having to replace fans on his.
