Extremely unprofessional. I reached out to a James Frisch here in December. He was more than helpful and willing to take my case. February rolls around I receive paperwork in the mail regarding all of the doctors and places I’ve seen since my injury. I fill out the paper (quite lengthy list btw of doctors) and send it back. Based on my personal experience, Venn Johnson Law showed a consistent lack of communication and organization throughout my case. Phone calls were rarely answered, voicemails were not returned, and email responses were infrequent and often delayed for long periods of time. Over the course of my case, my assigned attorney was changed three different times without clear or timely notification. My case isn't over yet so I will be back later with my results. I will say though that I am confident and I am impressed with the knowledge my two lawyers have and I will be back with results soon.
