I was referred to Ralph about an auto accident claim from another professional. Ralph took a number of weeks to respond to my initial contact and asked that I send him over all the information from my case. After receiving this he told me he'd get back to me by the end of the week. 4 weeks later he left me a VM saying he couldn't take my case.
