We picked up a parcel and realised immediately it was damaged. It was so obvious. There was no apology. Johnson & Kennedy said thats how they received it. Really? How do we know this? It doesnt appear to be documented. Certainly we were not supplied with any. The response from the woman in the office was "thats what you get for shopping online". Please compliment your best delivery person Tom. I was not quite home and saw your delivery truck in the driveway. All the parcels were left in a safe and dry place. I didn’t know if I could be home for the delivery and was dreading this delivery as I knew your company would do the Armidale leg and my last 4 experiences were absolutely woeful. Truly poor. So, gold star for Tom’s care and attention.
They provide a way for us to receive parcels from online sellers who use freight companies that don't deliver to our farm. We would be lost without them. Thank you so much.
