Went in to pick up a parcel 5 minutes before closing, lots of people picking up deliveries. Friendly, helpful staff especially that close to closing as well. Great experience. Their estimated delivery times are great too, always on point!

0 stars if I could! If you are wondering where a delivery is, why it’s late, you can assume it’s just sitting at J&K rotting somewhere. Laziest company there is. Ask why they haven’t delivered and they say because they only get paid a small amount for a delivery. Oh ok so you just pocket the cash and do nothing? I don’t care how much you get paid, don’t have an account with DFE if you’re getting shafted. But direct freight express are obviously not the problem. Don't use them. They never contact you to say a parcel has arrived and never deliver.

They didn't even attempt to deliver a package and just sent a text message saying that it was at their depot. The staff are rude and unhelpful. When you pay for postage, you expect for the item to be delivered to your actual address. If you had to describe them in one word, it would be lazy.

We picked up a parcel and realised immediately it was damaged. It was so obvious. There was no apology. Johnson & Kennedy said thats how they received it. Really? How do we know this? It doesnt appear to be documented. Certainly we were not supplied with any. The response from the woman in the office was "thats what you get for shopping online".
