I'm sitting here waiting for a phone call or email back. It's been a month. I do have a strong opinion about this. I would never do business with someone who can't even return my calls or emails in a month.
Previously used mid 2000’s and early 2010’s and had no issues. We liked the fair price and typically engaging customer service. Filed our taxes in 2018 and 2019 incorrectly transposing numbers in dependent’s social. It is my fault for not realizing this but after the IRS contacted me regarding failure to file(although all payments were made) the advised me of the error and stated the notified my accountant both years of the error.
